TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE AND ACCEPTED AT POINT OF ENTERING THE COMPETITION;

1. Winner must provide their 3 preferred nights or, 4 nights if they have liked, followed, tagged in 3 friends and shared our caravan post, within 48hrs of the competition being drawn.
2. WINNER MUST PROVIDE A £100.00 BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT TO 'LA COMPETITIONS' BY NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE OCCUPATION OF THE CARAVAN, THE PAYMENT WILL ACT AS A 'CARE AND RESPECT BOND' WHILST GUESTS STAY AT THE CARAVAN AND WILL BE REIMBURSED BACK TO THE WINNER WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER VACATING THE CARAVAN ON THE PROVISO THAT NO DAMAGE OR LOSSES HAVE OCCURRED.
3. GUESTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN BED LINEN, QUILT COVERS, PILLOWCASES, SHEETS AND TOWELS ETC.
4. Passes are Extra and are Excluded from the competition prize, THESE INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO; site passes, tickets or, wristbands for entertainment, any guest incurred costs and charges of any kind.
5. This competition carries a strict no pets allowed policy.

Drawing the Competition:- Item will be drawn within 24 hours of the competition ending, if competition does not sell out the draw may take place on a wheel where all entrants will be placed on the wheel by name or ticket number and if so, the wheel will then draw a random winner, this may be drawn without it being a live feed to facebook, the recorded draw will be posted to facebook within 1 hour of the draw taking place and in most cases this will be within 20 minutes of the draw taking place. Winner will be contacted after the competition has been drawn, they will be initially contacted through facebook and messenger if/where possible as well as by email, text message and if necessary a phone call. Where competitions have fully sold out, these will be drawn in a live feed facebook draw using the random google generator. In certain competitions, the competition will be auto drawn by the website host through auto generation software as soon as the competition ends, in these cases, there will be no live feed or recording uploaded to facebook as they are simply not available.
